President Roosevelt in a message to Congress urges in tire strongest terms legislation limiting the use of injunction in the case of labour disputes, also legislation increasing the power, of the National Government to regulate the Interstate business of great Corporations. President Roosevelt protests against the growth of class consciousness, declaring that abuse of the process of iujunctious by employers must breed class consciousness and therefore class resentment. While condemning the demagogue who preaches tits envy of wealth, President Roosevelt caustically remark 8 that his counterpart is the hard cruel multi-millionaire who is the least enviable and the least admirable of citizens, whose son is a fool and his daughter a foreign princess.
