Napier, April 22. At the Court to-day Alfred William Lester, an employee of the harbor board, was fined £lO or three months for stealing three bottles of schnapps from the cargo shed. John Owen Dowther was similarly charged and fined £5 or one mouth. R. D. Pirie, a prohibited person, was fined £lO for breach of order.
