The Standard Berlin correspondent reports that Herr Holtz, representative of a number of German banks, announces that he has received from King Menelik, of Abyssinia, the sole right to run motor cars throughout Abyssinia and the right to establish trading stations on the motor tracks to convey mails and build an ethergrapb plant.
