Per Press Association. Wellington, April 16. The statement of W.. McAiley, bankrupt, shows liabilities £9-1-1. There are no assets. The chief unsecured creditors are: Gorton & Sons, Bulls, £300; Mowlem & Go., Mastertou, £275; Richard Lane, Dannerirke, £115; J. J. Dannevirke, £SO; James watt, Wanganui, £B7. In examination the bankrupt admitted being bankrupt in 1905, while managing a sawmill business "for bis wife. Bankrupt was ordered to make up a statement showing his cash transactions in the years in which debts were incurred.
