RESTRICTION BILL PASSED. Per Press Association. —Copyright. Ottawa, April 11. The Canadian Parliament has passed the Alien Immirgation Restriction Bill. An amendment to exempt those having served in the British Army or Navy was rejected. Royal assent has been given to the measure.
