Hong Kong, April 10, The Hongkong Chamber of Commerce is circularising the principal Chambers, in order to obtain deplomatic action to stop a proposal of the Japan Cotton Spinners' Association to insert lottery tickets in bales of yarn, thus fostering trade to the detriment of India.
