Amount to be paid forthwith or in default three days’ imprisonment in Wanganui gaol. DEPENDED GASES. Oroua County Council v. Mas Eichler, claim £1 Is 9d. The defendant produced a receipt for the amount and was granted 8s costs. W. A. Saudilauds v. Albert Durrau, claim £B. Judgment for plaintiff with £1 9s costs. Bull & George v. James Harvey, claim £2 2s Gd for rent of a hut. Judgment was given for the plaintiff with £1 12s costs.
John Horne v. Herbert Henson, claim £7, for hire of horse and dray. Judgment for defendant with costs £2 9s.
Isabella Stewart v. Thomas and Mrs Stewart, claim for return of a horse or its value £l7. The plaintiff in this case is the widow of the late sou of the defendants and the point to he decided was as to whether the late sou owned the horse or the parents. Mr lunes was for the plaintiff and Mr Saudilauds for the defendants. Judgment was given for tiie defendants with counsel’s fee £1 Is.
Fred Richmond j|v. F, West, claim £55 12s 4d. The claim was reduced
by consent to £3B and judgment given for that amount with £3 3s costs.
