Press Association —Copyright. Received April 8, 10.46 p.m. London, April 8. The result of the visit of Mr Mackenzie King, Deputy Minister of Labour in Canada to London and ■ India, is to discourage emigration to Canada on the ground that the climate and labour conditions are unsuitable.
