PRINCE BULOW-S SPEECH POSTPONED. Press Association —Copyright. Received March 25, 8.58 a.m. Loudon, March 24. Reuter reports that Deputy Groeber, having refused to apologise for his rude remarks about reporters, the boycott of the Reichstag continues. Prince Bulow has consequently postponed his speech on foreign affairs. [On -March 24th Reuter cabled from Berlin that Herr Erzberger’s reference to the immortal soul of the negro, during a debate on the colonies in the Reichstag, evoked laughter and cries of “Oh!” from the Press gallery. Deputy Groeber thereupon referred to the reporters as ‘‘Piggish louts.” Thereupon ,33 journalists withdrew and refused to return until adequate satisfaction had been granted.]
