A ROUGH PASSAGE.

Press Association, New Plymouth, March 20. The Oorinna arrived at the breakwater this morning after a very rough passage from Wellington. At times the vessel was standing almost ou end. with her bow out of the water and the stern submerged six or eight feet. The engine-room door was smashed in, and. three feet-of water found its way into the stoke hold. A fireman was knocked clown bv a heavy sea, and had to receive medical attention. There was a little damage caused ou deck, but the cargo was not damaged. The Karawa also had a long rough trip from Onehuuga.
