CHARGE AGAINST AN OWNER. Auckland, March 18. It is stated that sensational develompents are expected concerning a rave at the recent A.R.O. Summer Meeting. It was rumoured at the time that the victory of a certain horse in one event was unexpected and unpallatable to his connections and that the rider was roundly abused after returning to scale for winning. Since then it is understood that the rider in question has placed the A.R.O. authorities gin. possession of his version of the case and a full investigation will .take place.
