At a Special Meeting of the Rangitikei County Council, held on Saturday, 25th January, 1908, a resolution was passed, by way of Special Order, making a new By Law. the object and purport of such By Law being to repeal Sub-Section A of Section S of By Law 3 of the said Council, and in lieu thereof to enact a new Sub-Section, providing that the amount of the annual license fee payable in respect of vehicles plying for hire for the carriage of goods shall be £2, and in respect of vehicles plying for hire for the carriage of passengers only shall be £l/
