The races were continued in fine weather and in the presence of a large crowd, including Sir t R. and Lady Talbot and suite. The tracks were in excellent condition, and the racing good, Cheyally led oif with a fine race over the hurdles. The Malster colt, which won the Ascot Vale Stakes, was recently sold for 1500 guineas to a Westralian, who ran him to-day. The Cup race was a splendid start, and created great enthusiasm Results; — Autumn Hurdles—Designer 1, Louise 2, Devouier 3. Six others ran. Won by ten lengths. Time, smin s;Us9c. Ascot" Vale Stakes.—The Brewer 1, Kuban 3, Emita|3. Two others ran. Won by three lengths. Time, Imm IGsec. Australian Cup—Peru 1, Enchanted States 3, Delaware 3. Won by a length. Time, 4miu OJJsec. Steeplechase.—Seymour 1, Castanos 2, Eevealer 3. Time, 4min 17^sec. Bourke Handicap.—Bright Steel 1, Vereuice 2, Ebullition 3. Won by a head after a desperate finish. Time, Imin 37>Jsec. Junior Handicap.—Wiuteriga 1, Thistlebrook 3, Waiola and Adriatic, dead heat, 3. Won by a lengtii. Time, Imin IGsec.
