TERRORISTS CONDEMMED. Per Press Association.—Copyright. St. Peterhsurg, February 29. A court-martial in St. Petersburg tried the Terrorists who were arrested in connection with the plot at Viborg to assassinate the Grand Dube Nicholas and other high personages. Seven persons, including two women and a young Italian journalist, named Cal vino, who was arrested for carrying a bomb, were sentenced to death. THE NAVAL ESTIMATES.
