Press Association —Copyright. Brussels, February 9. In the Belgium Chamber, M. Scholloret, replying to Sirß. Grey's menaces, declared that Belgium is her own mistress, and is not responsible to England or any other country. She refuses to accept any advice or control in matters purely Belgian. She refuses to circulate a translation of the British White Book regarding ‘the Congo. The Chamber, by 76 to 56, supported ■M, Schollaret.
