THE SCULLING RACE.
Per Press Association. Wanganui, February 26, The weather which has been fine since New Year, with, the exception of welcome showers on Saturday night last, broke last evening and it has been raining ever since, mostly light drizzling showers. Though particularly good for the country the rain has greatly interfered with the arrangements for witnessing the sculling race.
