COURTS.
Press Association. Wellington, February 20. Christopher Scott, solicitor, formerly practising at Raetihi, pleaded guilty'to a charge that, on September 14th., 1906, he forged the name of M. J. Kilgour, Assistant-Regis-trar of Lauds, to a duplicate certificate of title, and that, on May 2nd, 1907, he forged a duplicate certificate of title. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
