Lord Kitchener is preparing an expedition to punish the Zakka Khel Afrids, who are making constant raids and demoralising the border districts. Received'February 11, 9.58 a. m. New York, February 10. Renter’s Calcutta correspondent states the Nowssera and Peshawar brigades, under General Wilcocks, will march to Baagar Valley within a week to punish the Zakka Khols. The expedition tests Lord Kitchener’s new organisation.
