Press Association.—Copyright. Received February 10, 9.12 p.m. Loudon, February 10. Percy Walsh has • been acquitted for conspiring against Lord Ashdown. The jury disagreed regarding the charge against his mother, who was later liberated on her own recognisances until the next commission. Judge Madden’s summing up strongly favoured the prisoners, emphasising that mere suspicions were insufficient.
