Messrs Abraham & Williams add to Hunterville sale. On Saturday, m Christchurch the temperature was 79 in the shade. Yesterday it rose to 90 in the shade. To-day, though warm, the sky is overcast and there are indications of rain which is much hoped for. The steamer arriving at Auckland from Sydney on Sunday did not bring any grapes. The Australian growers were disappointed with the result of the shipment last week, which did not return the growers one penny per pound. As the season has not been a good one and the output is below the average, the New South Wales growers are not in dined to send further shipments to New Zealand this season, Adelaide grapes will he ready in a fortnight, hence a trial shipment may he made to the Dcminicu.
