Since 'Wellington City Oonneil acquired the private lighting business of the electrical syndicate there has been a great expansion in the business and the extension of plant and premises has become absolutely necessary. A new Babcock boiler has been installed and a contract for big extensions to the building has just beeu signed. The successful tenderers are Mace and Nicholson. a Wellington firm, the contract price being £9946.
