THE SHEARERS’ DISPUTE.

The terms of the agreement come to at the Palmerston North confrenco were submitted to and fully adopted by a general meeting held at Hunterville, on Saturday night. The secretary was instructed to forward a report to the chairman of the Conciliation Board for his recommendation as an award to the Arbitration Court as speedliy as possible. A vote of thanks was passed to the Employers’ Executive for the satisfactory meaner in which the conference had been conducted.
