Press Association —Copyright. Received Feb. 6, 8.89 a.m. Loudon, February 5. Sir Arthur E. Vicars- to relinquish the office of Ulster King of Arms, claiming that he was not notified according to law. Yesterday his dismissal was regularly formulated, and he yields under protest. Legal development is expected.
