ALLENDALE ESTATE CUT UP

Per Press A ssociation. Timaru, Feb. 1. At the auction of J. Wilson’s Allandale estate, Fairlie, 8,000 acres were cut into 34 lots Seven lots, totalling 1,177 acres, were sold at from £7 10s to £lO 13s 6d per acre, an average of £9 5s 6d. The rest passed at from £5 3s 6d to £lO per acre.
