Press Association. Auckland, December 2. Charles Eimich petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with Clara Eimich on the grounds of her misconduct with James Mack, who was cited as co-resiiondont. Evidence was giren and a decree nisi granted, to be made absolute in three months, with costs against the corespondent on the lowest scale. John Wheeler, an engine driver, of Tekapuru, petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with Maria Wlieeler on the grounds of her misconduct with John Mason, who was cited as co-respondent. Petitioner said he was married on April Ist, 1805, and resided with his wife at Tekopurn. There were Ave children, the issue of the marriage. In 1899 he accused his wife of adultery. She admitted it, and ho condoned tho offence. In November, 1904, his wife left the town, and he had not seen her since. A witness deposed to serving writs on the respondent and co-respondent, who. he "said, were living together at Houhora. A decree nisi was gra: - to be made absolute in three rr Jl-tbs with costs againstfthe co-respondent. Napier, December 2.
Three youths, Percy Joues, William Percival Hughes, and Robert James Clearlcin, were all committed for trial to-day for breaking and entering, and a girl named Olsen was committed for trial for attempted arson by setting firo to the West Oli-ve Hotel. - Auckland, December 3. In the Divorce Court Mr Justice Denuiston granted decrees nisi in the following cases:—Rose H. Horsfall v. Jas. Horsfall. misconduct and cruelty; Albert -Ricketts v. Emma Ricketts, misconduct, Thomas K. Sheldon co-respondent; Emily Meyer v. John Meyer,' desertion; Alfred Rhodes v. Esther Rhodes, misconduct, Arthur L. Winter co-respon-dent; Fanny Emily Gooch v. Charles Augustus Gooch, desertion; Sydney Herbert Godfrey v. Margaret H. Godfrey, misconduct, Henry Mills, co-respondent.
