Following Stolypiu’s justification of the Government in the Duma, Rodicheff, member of the Cadet party, declared that the hangman’s noose would henceforth be known as Stolypiu’s neckerchief. Members of the Right rushed the tribune and attempted to assault Sodichett, but the Left made ft counter rush and rescued him. The sitting VPftS susr pended.
