"RAGGING" IN THE RAILWAY SERVICE.
Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 29. The report of Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., who was appointed a commission to investigate cases ot alleged raggiufC in the railway engine cleaning sheds at Christchurch, was roceived by the Premier this afternoon. The report mentions that the weight of evidence was against the statement of tho witness, Bray, who figured prominently in the formulation of the charges which the Magistrate submits were not substantiated. He makes no recommendations. Tho gist of the report is "not proven."
