Prince Bulow introduced in the Prussian Diet a Bill asking for a credit of £17,500,000 for the purpose of further Germanising the Polish provinces [by expropriating the Polish landowners. Prince Bulow declared that there was no hope of tho Government abandoning the policy which Prince Bismarck imtir ated. „ , , Tho Polos and the Centro party strongly opposed .the proposal.
