PARLIAMENT.
THE SESSION CLOSED. Per Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 25. In the Council, which resumed at 2.30, the Appropriation Bill was put through all its stages. The Council finally adjourned at 5.35. HOUSE OP REPRESENTAT IVES. In the House, which resumed at 3 o,’clock to wait receipt of the Appropriation Bill from the Council, an amendment to the Factories’ Act Amendment Bill, providing for the striking out of clauses 12 and 10 relating to the employment of Chinese and Asiatics in factories and laundries,|was brought down by the Governor’s message. The amendment was agreed to. The Appropriation Bill was received from the Council at 5.10. The Speaker, having proceeded to the Governor for his assent to the Bill returned at 5.30 and read a list of Bills passed during the session. The usual valedictory speeches were made and the House finally adjourned at" 5.35.
