In the Supreme Court William Harrison Latter, of Burke’s, is suing the London Dental Company for £2OOO damages alleged to have been sustained owing to negligent and unskilful extraction of teeth by the defendant Moses by which plaintiff’s throat and lung were permanently injured. A strong bar is engaged and the case is likely to occupy two days.
