Failing this, Parliament probably forthwith prorogues, preliminary to a dissolution. It is rumoured on tho strength of Mr Kidstou’s hint at timber measures to fight the matter, that a'memorial has been sent to tho Secretary of State for the Oolouits seeking his lutcrventioh ni the present dissolution.
