THE ENTRIES. Per Press Association. New Plymouth, Nov., SO. The following entries have been received to date for the Baud Contest to bo hold hero from February 2-ith to 88th:—First grade: Wanganui Garrison, Hauraki, Mastcrtou, Taranaki Garrison, Hastings, Moruingtou, Auckland Ist Battalion, Lyttelton Marines, Woolston, Kaikorai, Nelson, Wellington Garrison. Second grade ; Mar ton, Stratford, Newton (Auckland), Manaia, Karangahako, Palmerston North, First Auckland Mounted Rifles. In all, nineteen bauds have entered. Over twenty are expected. The funning championships of the N. Z. Athletic Union are to bo competed for at the Caledonian Sports hero during the Baud Contest week.
