Ullmos at Toulon on October 25th, for having offered to sell the key to the signal code, loci to th<3 discovery of an international espionage agency in the south of France and the arrest of several civilians at Marseilles and Toulon. London, November 11. Router reports that nine officers have been arrested at Warsaw together with six civilians implicated in espionage whereby it is understood that Germany profited.
