JJIJLL3 TOWN BOARD At a Special Meeting c? the Bulls Town Board held on Wednesday, November Gth, 1907, tho following resolution was adopted : “In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that babaif by “Tho Town Distr'ct] Ac-', 1831” and “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Bu is Town Board doth hereby resolve as follows ; - Teat for the purpose of providing tho interest and other charges on a loan of £OOO authorised to be raised by the Bulls Town Board under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Aot, 1901,” for the purpose of conciete kerbing, forming, metalling and asphalting j footpaths within the Town D strict | of Bulls the eaid Bulla Town Board ! hereby makes and levies a Special I Rite of twopence in the £ sterling upon the rateable valuation (annual value) of all ivdeable property of tho Bulls Town Dislivct bounded as fol-lows:-On tho east by tho Rangitikei River, on the south-west by the west boundary of section 40 and by the south-west boundary of Mr D.
