Per Press Association. Dunedin, October 30. The annual report of the D.I.G. recommend a payment of 6 per cent on preference shares for the half year ended August absorbing £3749. Payment at G per cent per annum on ordinary shares amounting to £O3-12, carrying forward (less bonus of 24 per cent to shareholders on their purchases) 30-17 nett prolits for year were 1(i,4G4. Pahiatua, October 39, Mr Timothy Cotter was barn]netted at the Club Hotel last evening prior to bis departure for Dannevirko. About forty friends were present and eulogistic speeches wore made by the chairman (Mr W. Tosswill), Dr Dawson, and the Rev. Father McKenna.
