Zimmerman and Astrakau did two . miles at threequarter pace. Armistice halt a mile in 525, Aborigine halt a mile liU'J 2-stiis. St. Joe, Apa and Frisco did sound working gallop onco round. All galloped well, especially bt. Joe Bnccleucli ran a mile leisurely in ol min 57 2-sth, then another circuit at I half speed. Slauiapoto went freely over two circuits at three-quarter paco. Bonny Glen and Gold Crcht are botli absentees. The former has pricked his foot, but it is uot thought to be serious, and is expected to work to-morrow.
