Tho New Zealand football team played tlio well-known Broughton Rangers Club of the Northern Union yesterday and scored the fourth successive victory of the tour by 20 points to 1 -1. In the Northern Union game two points are allowed for a goal, no matter how :-:;orecl; but in the case of a goal from a try the two points arc added to the three paints for the try. Matches previously played were: Against Bramley, October 9th: New Zealand (5 goals 5 tries) 23 ; Bramley (2 tries) G. Against Euddersfield, October .12th : Now Zealand (2 goals 5 tries) 1!) ; Huddorsfield (1 goal 2 tries) 8. .Against Widnes, October 10th : New Zealand (4 goals G trios) 2G ; Widnes (1 goal 3 tries) 11.
