The doctors declare that there is no cause for serious apprehension. The visit of the King and Queen of Spain to Vienna has been (postponed. The Emperor Joseph is slightly hotter. n t , London, October 14. The Daily Mail's Vienna correspondent wires "Emperor's physicians [ are mainly anxious at signs of senile ['weakness." The latest bulletin .states that the j action of the heart is" "satisfactory. The Emperor insists on transacting business. Ho misses his usual exercise. When questioned as regards his health he replied " bad, very bad."
