FINED FOR WATER POLLUTION
Per Press Association. Dunedin, October 11. 'William Booth, for polluting the Water of Leith by allowing shavings and other refuse from his sawmill at Woodhaugh to bo thrown into the stream, was to-day fined 40s with costs on each of two charges.
