Press Association —Copyright. Vienna, October 7. A new ausgleich has been arranged for settling the economic relations between Austria and Hungary for a decade. A commercial treaty has been substituted for the present Customs and commercial union. Hungary’s contribution to the common expenses of the Monarchy has been increased by 1 per cent.
