The Secretary of the Navy declares that the battleships Indiana, lowa, and Massachusetts will remain in the Atlantic. Seven other battleships are being constructed, aud of these the two last will bo completed in 18 mouths. The Pacific Fleet. New Yoek, October 7. The cruisers Tennessee and Washington start for the Pacific on the 13th instant. Sixteen battleships aud six destroyers, leave in the middle of December, calling at Trinidad, Rio Jauerio, Puuta Arenas (Argentine), Callao (Peru), Magdalena Bay (Columbia), and San Francisco.
