What counsel described as a case without parallel was brought betoro Dr McArthur, S.M., for decision- The plaintiff was a young unmarried woman whose illegitimate child had been maintained by the father for a number of years in a home. Somo time ago the father of the child married another woman who bore hiin a child which died. Armed with a removal warrant, the wife went to the home and took, away her husband's illegitimate child. The mother now sued for the recovery of bar child from the possession of its father. The case was adjourned for a week.
