At Randwick Lady Florence cut out the mile 1.41%, running right away from Count \\ itte in the last two furlongs. Tlio mare ran tho last six furlongs in 1.17, a particularly good go. Mooltan skipped over nine furlongs in 1.57, doing the last mile in 1.48 - Maranui beat Blue Book by a leugth and Guarantee by eight lengths over the mile and a quarter gallop in 3.15, but Camera went faster and negotiated the mile and a furlong in 1.57, rattling off tho last mile in 1.43%.
