Per Press Associati >a. Wiianoakei, September 18. An elderly Portuguese named Richard Pedro has been charged With the manslaughter of William Bantall, who was killed by running tucks in the Kirikaka coal mine oil July 37th. It is alleged that Pedrdj who was acting as banksman, failed to attach a rope to the trucks before lowering into the mine. He was committed for trial at the Supreme Court. Bail was allowed.
