As the deputation of Moors failed to arrange for a surrender within the time specified, General Drudehas extended tho armistice for 24 hours, ' 'Eaisuli’s final tbrnis for toe release of Maclean, as submitted to tho British legation at Tangier, include British protection and Ms appointment as pasha of fhe district from Telman to Laraiche, besides an indemnity.
