Tho Governments of Britain, Canada and Australia should place their riflemen on equal terms with the best team in the world, but they did not. He appealed to British riflemen to wake up the Homo authorities when they returned. London, September 9. Replying to Earl Grey’s congratulations President Roosevelt said rifle shooting is not merely an agreeable pastime, but all self-governing commonwealths ought to encourage it.
