AsnnuETON, September 6, Judgment was delivered to-day in the case Alice Mary Voyce v, A. L, Zouch, dentist, a claim of £IOO for wrongful extraction of two teeth. The plaintiff is a girl be.twoen six aud seven years old, aud she was taken by her mother to Zouoh's surgery to get two milk teeth extracted, so that two permanent teeth (incisors) would have room to grow. Two permanent teeth wore extracted instead _ of the milk teeth. Judgment was given for £6O and costs. Application for rehearing was made, _
