FEILDING COURT.
Alex. James v. Alfred Thompson, claim £l7 17s: Mr Sandilands for the plaintiff and Mr Graham for the defendant. The claim was for plans and specifications lor a dwelling house at 2J per cout. on the lowest tender, namely £679. The defendant stated that he had made a agreement for the work to be done at one per cent. His Worship believed there had been some misunderstanding on Mr Thompson’s part and gave judgment for the plaintiff with costs.
