WANGANUI FREEZING COMPANY

A Prosperous Year,

Per Press Association Wanganui, September 4,

The annual meeting of the Wanganui Freezing Co. was held to-day. The annual report showed a successful year. The balance of profit and loss, including £4: 036 16s lOd carried forward from last year, was ,£10,947 9a Cd. The directors recommended a dividend of 8 per cent, the necessary provision for depreciation, the placing of £IOOO to the Reserve Fund, and the carrying forward of the balance. The report was adopted. Messrs E. M. Silk and W. Hall and were elected auditors.

||The Company intends to enlarge the works to a capacity of 3000 sheep per day.
