IN MEMORIAM.

Press Association. Dunedin, September 1, A memorial tablet to the late Mr R. J. Seddon was unveiled at Kaitangatn. yesterday in the presence of a large number of school children and general public. The memorial was draped with the New Zealand flag and tho unveiling ceremony was per. formed by Miss Phyllis Moir, aged four years. A number of speeches were delivered, sympathetic references" being made to tho late Mr Seddon’s regard for tho workers.
